I recently bought a new connection for home. The internet speed is good. The staff are polite and always available.
The only thing that can be improved is the service timing. There was a network outage due to heavy rainfall and cables in my location was broken. When I raised the complaint, the staff responded quickly and called at regular intervals to take update but it took nearly 24 hours to fix the cables.
Else Reisnet is a good ISP in Bhubaneswar with good staff. Ms. Swachi is very helpful from the team.
